Conference Fees and Policies

The conference registration fee of $375 includes breakfast for all three days, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday; a reception on Wednesday evening; and morning and afternoon breaks associated with the conference. Not included in the registration fee is the $50 cost associated with the pre-conference tour. Additionally, for those participating in the pre-conference, make sure to complete and submit the Palo Verde Access Form.

The registration form and payment should be returned by April 7, 2017.

Refund Policy:

A full refund of the registration fee will be given to attendees cancelling up to 21 days prior to the start of the conference. One-half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to the conference.  No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the conference.  Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.

Complaints:

Complaints may be submitted in writing to any member of the NNOG Steering Committee. Complaints will be discussed and resolved by a majority vote of the Steering Committee at its next meeting after receipt of the complaint. The results will be forwarded to the complainant(s).
