Conference Fees and Policies
The conference registration fee of $500 includes a tour of the NuScale facility on Tuesday (lunch and transportation provided by NuScale); breakfast, morning break, lunch, and afternoon break on Wednesday and Thursday; and a reception hosted by Old Dominion Electric Cooperative on Wednesday night.
To register for the conference please complete the registration form and mail it with a check made out to Old Dominion Electric Cooperative to:

A full refund of the registration fee will be given to attendees canceling up to 21 days before the start of the conference. One-half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations less than 21 days but more than 7 days before the conference. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the conference. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference, at no cost.

Participation in the NuScale Small Modular Reactor Corvallis Facility Tour requires submission of a NuScale Visitor Authorization Form and photo proof of identity no later than March 05, 2019. Links to copies of blank visitor forms and instruction for completing and submitting the forms to NuScale are located below.
